Rosemary is the herb of love & romance

 Starters

 

Cream of mushroom soup with spring onion and cream cheese croutons

 

Salmon chowder with bacon, dill and white wine

Fresh Galia melon with freshly picked mints and champenoise sorbet

Terrine of Mediterranean vegetables, sauce tapenade and tomato

salsa with Hundred House Foccacia.

Chicken liver and brandy pate with a warm brioche

 

Prawn, avocado & bacon salad with Caesar dressing

Main Dishes

 

 Roast sirloin of Beef with Yorkshire pudding, gravy and

fresh horseradish sauce.

 

Roast leg of Lamb spiked with rosemary and garlic {optional} with gratin dauphinois and Sylvia’s mint jelly

 

Breast of Chicken stuffed with pate wrapped in smoked bacon and

served with a leek and mushroom sauce.

 

Poached local Salmon served with a Muscadet and tarragon velouté

 

Roast loin of Pork stuffed with sage & lemon, served with savoury gravy

 

 

All main dishes are served with a selection of fresh vegetables

and herbed and roast potatoes
