YET ANOTHER ROSETTE AWARD FOR THE HUNDRED HOUSE

As the photo above shows we have quite a collection of AA Rosette Awards - 12 to be precise. We are very proud to be able to announce that the Hundred House Hotel has been awarded an AA Rosette award for the restaurant for the 12th year in a row.

The AA describe restaurants achieving 2 Rosette Award as being: "The best local restaurants, offering higher standards and better consistency. Greater precision is apparent in the cooking, and there is obvious attention to the quality and selection of ingredients."

The Hundred House Hotel was awarded Shropshire Magazine's Shropshire Inn of the Year Award 2005 and in 2004 Les Routiers named the Hundred House Hotel their Wales and the Welsh Borders Dining Pub of the Year 2004.

The Césars are the Oscars of the hotel world and the César awarded in the "utterly enjoyable mild eccentricity" category is one of an increasing number of awards won by the hotel. The Hundred House has received two rosettes for food in the AA Restaurant Guide for the eleventh year running and was nominated as one of three for Johansens "Most Excellent Traditional Inn Award" in 2002.

It's no wonder the Hundred House has received so many Rosette Awards. It was awarded "Top Dining Pub of the Year" in the Good Pub Guide 2003. The food has been given a glowing entry in the recently published Gastropub Cookbook and is featured in the Good Food Guide and various Hotel & Food guides.
