Join us for our Christmas Fayre menu from 1st December 2017. Our special value lunch menu will be served in our restaurant for both lunch and Dinner.

To Start:

Spiced Parsnip and Red Lentil Soup with Ginger Raita

Rich Chicken Liver Pate with Warm Brioche & Onion Chutney

Home Smoked Trout with Smoked Salmon & Dill Roulade, Prawn Filo & Pickled Cucumber

Mezze platter – Chickpea Falafel served with Flatbread, Aubergine Puree, Humous, Cucumber Salad, Roast marinated Beetroot & Olives (V).

Rich Venison Terrine served with Crab Apple, Walnut & Pear Salad and Crisp Country Toast

Main Course

Traditional Roast Shropshire Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing, Chipolata & Bacon Rolls, Bread Sauce & Warm Cranberry Compote

Brisket of Bridgnorth Beef, marinated in fresh herbs and slowly roasted until tender. Served with Shallots & Red wine Sauce & mini Yorkshire Puddings

Poached Salmon Fillet in a Tomato Tarragon Sauce served with Chive & Parsley Potato Cake

Lightly Smoked Pheasant Breast Stuffed with Walnut & Fresh Sage served with Orange & Red Wine Sauce

Bean, Mushroom & Squash tortillas served with Stir Fried Vegetables and Cous Cous

Sunday—Thursday Evenings £25.95 for 3 Courses
Friday—Saturday Evenings £29.95 for 3 Courses

Lunch is served from 12pm-2.30pm Monday – Saturday.
Sunday lunch menu is served 12pm-5pm, after this time our A La Carte menu is served.
Dinner is served 6pm-9pm
