MASTER CHEF DAY SAMPLE ITINERY
10.00am
Tea/Coffee on arrival followed by tour of Herb Garden
Morning Session
Prepare & Cook:
Focaccia with Roast Garlic
Red Capsicum Soup with Lime Mascarpone
Mussel Risotto with Basil & Tomato
Sumac seared Mackerel with mango, mint salad & tomato salsa
Tapenade
Break:
Luncheon in restaurant with wine
Afternoon Session
Prepare & Cook:
Rosemary Braised Shoulder of Lamb with cous cous & harissa
Crème Catalan with pistachio ice –cream,
caramel oranges & coffee granita
(Tea/Coffee break halfway through)
Departure
approximately 6pm
All cooking materials including aprons & knives are provided.
And, you get to take home what you’ve cooked.

Stuart aims to pass on experience, knowledge and interesting ideas to anybody of any ability. As long as you can tie an apron, you're in! The day runs from 10am till 5pm and budding masterchefs get to take away anything they create.

YOU can spend a lifetime learning about new combinations of flavours, testing out new gadgets or having a companionable time around the stove, or you can spend a day in a professional kitchen. We British watch hours of TV celebrity chefs yelling, and swearing and generally making out that life in a busy restaurant is not fun. Commercial kitchens are hot, dangerous and stressful places – but they also hum with drama and passion.
