Traditional Roast Topside of Beef with Yorkshire pudding. Cooked long
& Gently served well done

Roast Sirloin of Beef served rare with Yorkshire pudding

Roast Loin of Pork stuffed with sage, onion and black pudding

Seared Chicken in chilli yoghurt marinade with sweet pepper coulis

Braised shoulder of lamb with parsnip mash, caper rosemary sauce

(Each roast served with its own gravy, Yorkshire pudding,
roast & mash potatoes & seasonal vegetables)

Vegetarian option – Caraway spiced timbales of carrot and parsnip
with roast shallots on a beetroot & walnut salad

Fish option – Sea Bass fillet with confit of roast peppers,
grilled potatoes & shallots with a thyme sauce
