9.30am – Welcome with Coffee in Hundred House Bar, tour of the Herb Garden, find and learn what herbs to use in your days cooking.

10am – “Light my Fire” with Adam! How to get your Kadai fit to roast, grill, bake & BBQ using Oak, Cherry, Ash & Charcoal.

Morning session…

KadaI baked Focaccia, Rosemary, Garlic & Chives.

8 Rib Rack of Pork, slow grilled until crispy.

Find your herbs with Stuart to make your own Chimi Churri spatchcock grill baste & plank Salmon Pate.

“Do the plank” with Ad! Nail your trout, salmon & herbs to the oak planks and slowly smoke around the edge of the firepit.

Surf & Turf! Goose beefskirt cooked dirty on white embers served with smoky buttered mussels.

Charred Asparagus & Sorrel Risotto with Stuart.

Around 1.30pm it’s time for some beers, wine plus the fruits of your labour!

Afternoon session…

Spatchcock your Chicken – sage baste

Make a dirty veg curry & naans with Adam

Closing down your BBQ/firepit & looking after your genuine & ancient Kadai Firebowl
