  • Our Cocktails really do differ from others as we make all our syrups from scratch in our kitchen, perfecting the flavours until they make us go “Wowser’s that’s good!”

  • These may be a Mulled Syrup for our uber-Christmassy “Mulled Old Fashioned” or homemade Elderflower in our “Hundred House Garden” or Lemon Verbena syrup, picked from our garden and crafted into a deliciously fragrant syrup for our seasonal “Lemon Sherbet” Cocktail!
