Our restaurant has held AA rosettes for over 26 years and won several awards including “Best independent restaurant in Telford” & “Best Posh Nosh in Shropshire.”

We’re super proud that everything on our Menus’ is made from scratch onsite, often using fresh fruit and herbs grown in our working kitchen garden, that you’re welcome to wander around at your leisure.

Stuart encompasses the best produce that Shropshire has to offer along with a choice of around 50 fresh herbs from Henry’s Herb garden, which you are more than welcome to stroll around whilst you visit us!

Stuart trained in Michelin star Restaurants in France and on home soil. He is passionate about using the best quality, seasonal, local produce in our state of the art kitchen, using techniques that deliver amazing flavours you’ll want more of.

Head Chef

Andy has been devoted to delivering amazing flavours and top quality food at The Hundred House since his college days!

Earning every promotion along the way, becoming Head Chef around 5+ years ago.

Andy heads a team of 5 fabulous Chefs in our Restaurant Kitchen, Harry, Sheila, Liam, Lauren & Meg. 

Andy is a highly respected member of our team, and it’s not just cooking that’s impressive…his dance move at our staff parties are also legendary!
