FAQ
Q. How do I order?
A. Just get in touch and pre-order the Hamper you’d like? We are a small core team making most items ourselves, so it would help us enormously if you could do this as soon as possible, to enable us to control stocks and give us time to make more if needed? Please call us on 01952 580240 (if we’re not able to answer please do leave a message, we WILL get back to you asap) or you can email us reservations@hundredhouse.co.uk, use the form below or Facebook/Inst message us with your contact number and we’ll call you back.
Q. What if I don’t want to pre-order?
A. We will be making some extras of each hamper, however as this is our first year of making hampers we can only guesstimate stocks, once they’re gone they’re gone, so the only way to be sure is to pre-order.
Q. When do I pay?
A. When you pre-order, we will take payment in full and keep you’re receipts with your hamper until you collect.
Q. Do you deliver?
A. We’re terribly sorry but we have taken the decision not to deliver. We don’t have the staffing levels to do this ourselves and as we could not guarantee the contents would arrive as they’re intended with a courier, it’s collection only. If you can’t get out yourself please let us know if a friend or family member will be collecting for you?
Q. How do I collect?
A. When you book, we will arrange a date and time to suit yourself for you to collect (for shelf life of certain products this will be from 14th December onwards). We ask that you collect outside of our busiest opening hours to assist with social distancing (i.e not between 12-3 pm or 6-9 pm), however if you are coming to the Restaurant to eat, let us know when booking and we’ll make sure it’s ready to take away with you. Should you need a little more flexibility please do let us know.
Q. What about dietary requirements?
A. All allergens are printed on the labels, however if you have any specific questions please contact the Hotel. Unlike in our Restaurant, we can not cater for all dietary requirements within the hampers, however we can put together a Coeliac friendly hamper.
Q. Are they available to buy in the Hotel if I “drop in”?
A. Hamper will be available to buy in the Hotel from 14th December on a first come first served basis. To help us with social distancing and staffing levels at this difficult time, we ask you visit outside busy Restaurant hours when possible, ideally between 9 am – 11.30 am or 3-5.30 pm Monday to Saturday, where our reception area is far less likely to be busy.
