We’ve done 90% of the work for you, Starters & Desserts ready to be arranged on your plate, with Mains simply switch on the oven, place foil containers as directed in the brief & simple instructions, your lunch will be ready in just 20-30 minutes!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Sunday lunch yesterday. The collection process was fast and efficient despite my having no phone signal in your car park, the packaging was secure and high quality and the instructions were clear and concise.
As for the food itself we found the quantity exceeded our expectations as did the quality and the flavours so thank you to all involved in this new venture for you and we now look forward to collecting our valentines feast at the end of the week.

Thank you so much for our food yesterday. We’ve been shielding since the middle of March, what a joy it was to have a restaurant quality meal without any Covid worries and minimal washing up!
We liked the attention to detail with the sustainable packaging and the quality of the produce was excellent. Portion sizes were generous and heating through was a doddle.
I did take the potatoes out of the foil tray and put them on a baking tray as a single layer though just to make sure they all got crispy on the outside, which they did.
Collection was efficient and felt very safe, food was delicious and good value for money, we will definitely order again and recommend to our friends.

Well, what can I say! Me and Mat sat down Saturday night to enjoy our lucky winner meal date night and were not disappointed. Honestly, one of the best meals we have ever had either inside or out of a restaurant. You have absolutely perfected the art of cooking and creating amazing food, even to enjoy at home! The starters were superb, the sausage roll shut us both up as it was so good, (I would literally travel from here in Nuneaton back to Telford for just another one of those!) The beef was just incredibly tender and tasty and the chicken and stuffing, my god was divine with the very tasty veg and super yummy gravy. I’ve literally used all my adjectives here it was so good! We will definitely be back over to enjoy another and will be bringing the whole family to experience as soon as you can reopen – we can’t wait! Thank you again. Much love,

Cooking Instructions & Allergens/Ingredients List – Easter Sunday Lunch @ Home

Cooking instructions are packed in your box, however just in case your 8 year old decides to have “an artist moment” with them or your dog chews them, here will appear here, to download on Easter weekend.

FAQ

 

Q. How do I order?

A. As our Hotel isn’t manned at the moment due to National lockdown, please purchase your meal via our Gift Voucher site by 12 Noon on Thursdays. Then simply email us your name, phone number, your menu choices and an approximate pick up time to reservations@hundredhouse.co.uk. If you are ordering for more than one household please let us know so we can make sure your boxes are packed separately.

 

Q. When do I pay?

A. When you purchase the voucher, we will take payment in full via the fully secured “stripe” system. Your receipt/voucher is then automatically emailed to you, please check your junkmail if it doesn’t appear within 5 minutes.

 

Q. When is the cut off point?

A. Cut off for ordering is 12 Noon on Thursday’s, however if you’ve missed it it’s worth giving us a bell to check, if we can we will!

 

Q. Do you deliver?

A. We’re terribly sorry but we can not deliver and as we could not guarantee the contents would arrive as they’re intended with a courier, it’s collection only. If you can’t get out yourself please let us know if a friend or family member will be collecting for you?

 

Q. When can I collect?

A. Easter Weekend boxes are available to collect from The Hundred House between Easter Weekend collection is Friday – 12- 6 pm, Saturdays 12 – 4 pm & Sundays 10 am – 12 noon

 

Q. How do I collect?

A. Once you’ve emailed us your name, phone number, an approximate pick up time to reservations@hundredhouse.co.uk, we’ll send you back full instructions on how to collect, its very easy and you don’t even need to get out of your car, we’ll pop it in your boot for you!

 

Q. I’d like a 2 Course but my partner would like 3 Courses, is that possible?

A. Of course, you would just add a 2 Course to your “basket” then click on the “Home” page, click on 3 Courses page, add that to your “basket” too! Your order will come through to us as however many courses & people as you purchase.

 

Q. I’d like a bit off each platter, is that possible?

A. Ordinarily we will bend over backwards, however we hope you understand that these are not ordinary times! Individual requests take up more time than we have the man power to deal with at the moment, so regretfully we can’t go “off piste” for our takeaway Menus. However we can’t wait to reopen so we can cater for every whim, like we’re used to! 

 

Q. I’m vegetarian but my partner is a meat eater, can you guarantee no cross contamination of products?

A. Absolutely! We take it very seriously, the platters and other items will be kept totally separate so rest assured no meat products will come in to contact with your vegetarian meal. 

 

Q. Can I check whats in the box before I leave The Hundred House.

A. Absolutely, we’ll check it off as we’re packing it, but we won’t seal the box so if you wanted to check yourself before you drive off, you can.

 

Q. I’d like to purchase this for a friend or family member, can I do this?

A . Absolutely (and how lovely are you?!), you can even personalise your receipt/voucher and pop a message on it, then email it your loved one! Just inform us on the email you send in to reservations of who will be collecting the box.

 

Q. What about dietary requirements?

A. Unfortunately, unlike when the restaurant is open, we are working on very limited staffing, therefore we are unable to cater separately for any dietary requirements, allergies or menu alterations with these orders.
