So how does it work then?

  1. Order and pay online by Noon on Wednesday 24th March. ORDERS NOW CLOSED

  2. Once you’ve made your purchase please email us your name, phone number, date and an approximate time of collection (Friday 26th March 12 – 6 pm or Saturday 27th March 11 am – 4 pm)  to reservations@hundredhouse.co.uk. Please note that if you have ordered for more than one household please ass this to the email i.e Box 1 for 1 person, Box 2 for 3 people etc.

  3. We will email you confirmation & delivery instructions within 48 hours.

  4. Collect on the day “drive through” style, your food & instructions will be boxed up ready and we’ll bring it out to you, no need to even get out of your vehicle, super safe!

Thank you so much for our food yesterday. We’ve been shielding since the middle of March, what a joy it was to have a restaurant quality meal without any Covid worries and minimal washing up! We liked the attention to detail with the sustainable packaging and the quality of the produce was excellent. Portion sizes were generous and heating through was a doddle. FAQ

 

Q. How do I order?

A. As our Hotel isn’t manned at the moment due to National lockdown, please purchase your meal via our Gift Voucher site by 12 Noon on Wednesday 24th March. You will receive your receipt/voucher via email, which also acts as a receipt of purchase for collection (we can use the barcode from the email you will receive on your phone if you’d rather not print it off). Then simply email us your name, phone number, your menu choices and an approximate pick up time to reservations@hundredhouse.co.uk. 

 

Q. When do I pay?

A. When you purchase the voucher, we will take payment in full via the fully secured “stripe” system. Your voucher/receipt is then automatically emailed to you, please check your junkmail if it doesn’t appear within 5 minutes.

 

Q. Do you offer this Menu as 2 Courses?

A. As this is a set meal option, I’m afraid it’s 3 courses only, if you don’t feel you can manage all 3 courses on the day of collection, any of the courses will keep to enjoy on the next day.

 

Q. When is the cut off point?

A. Cut off for ordering is 12 Noon on Wednesday 24th March, with your box available to collect from The Hundred House between 12-6pm Friday 26th or 11 am – 4 pm on Saturday 27th March, collection only. If you’ve missed it it’s worth giving us a bell to check, if we can we will!

 

Q. Do I have to choose an option off the Starters?

A. Nope, you get some of each (yummy!)!

 

Q. I’d like to purchase this for a friend or family member, can I do this?

A . Absolutely (and how lovely are you?!), you can even personalise your receipt/voucher and pop a message on it, then email it your loved one! Just inform us on the email you send in to reservations of who will be collecting the box.

 

Q. Do you deliver?

A. We’re terribly sorry but we can not deliver and as we could not guarantee the contents would arrive as they’re intended with a courier, it’s collection only. If you can’t get out yourself please let us know if a friend or family member will be collecting for you? 

 

Q. How do I collect?

A. After you’ve purchased the voucher, email us your name, phone number, an approximate pick up time to reservations@hundredhouse.co.uk.  Your box will be available to collect from The Hundred House between 12-6 pm Friday 26th or 11 am – 4 pm on Saturday 27th March,collection only. Should you need a little more flexibility please do let us know and we will try our best. We will email you collection instructions, collection is essentially “drive through” – super safe & easy!

 

Q. Can I check whats in the box before I leave The Hundred House.

A. Absolutely, we’ll check it off as we’re packing it, but we won’t seal the box so if you wanted to check yourself before you drive off, you can.

 

Q. What about dietary requirements?

A. All allergens are printed on the labels. Unfortunately, unlike when the restaurant is open, we are working on limited staffing, therefore we are unable to cater separately for any dietary requirements, allergies or menu alterations with these orders.
